ZIP Code for part of Austin, TX - south central, more or less. Often seen on bumper stickers claiming that it's more than a ZIP Code. I've yet to see how.

To put a car into neutral and hop on top of it while bumpin' some fresh beats. Looks especially cool when you get hit by an oncoming car.
