A term used to refer to a desperate person hungry for money and spotlight. Can be your go to companion for walks in public places ex. museum, park, etc. Beware of the camera, an Olivia cockburn will definitely call them. Remember the first sentence in this definition.
Person 1: "Hey, I'm gay but I don't want to tell my parents yet. You think you can hit me up with one of yours?"
Person 2: "Oh ofc, but we only have Olivia cockburn here. You want this one?"
1: "Oh but they will definitely attract attention and I don't want that though. I really just want someone to pose as my gf."
2:"Yeah, dw, I'll find another one if others became available."
1:"Thank you sm! I'll be waiting."
Person 2: "Oh ofc, but we only have Olivia cockburn here. You want this one?"
