When the clock strikes a point where all the numbers are the same, a person has to call "Goocher! I win!" If two people call the Goocher at the same time, they must repeat "Eat me cocksucker!" until one person gives up and the person who repeats it longer claims the Goocher. Getting a Goocher is good luck.
1:11, 2:22, 3:33, 4:44, 5:55, 10:10, 11:11 and 12:12. Note that 5:05, 6:06, 7:07, 8:08 and 9:09 are not Goochers. 11:11 is the Super Goocher and must be called as such.

When straightening your right arm, grasp the skin on your elbow with your left hand and pull down. If you have enough excess skin on your elbow, it will hang like a scrotum without nuts in it. It must hang at least two inches to qualify as a screlbow.
