Dizzyingly inexplicable reversion to past behavior in the presence of a lost aquaintance once associated with the behavior.

Made famous by Robin Sparkles on HIMYM (How I Met Your Mother). She got revertigo and started acting like a high schooler when when her first boyfriend showed up unexpectedly.
