Smetch

The feeling you get when your stomach sinks to your arse hole about some vitally important thing you were supposed to do.

Equally you may also experience a smetch when a larger, harder man approaches you for a fight and your arsehole expands in fear.

"Dude i was driving in my car and i hit an old woman last night"
