A person who roams around the grim pastures of local inner city environments, wearing un-appealing jewelry i.e sovereigns, so called "bling!" also wearing trackies, sport wear, and rockport hiking boots. also wears designer caps at 75 degrees from their scalp! other names include: scallies, neds, chavs, ratboys, skanks, scavs, some of the female species wear hoop earrings that touch their shoulders and disgrace the name of Burberry, which is a beige tartan, they do this by buying all there hats and accesories in this pattern!
