Small dogs owned by worthless celebrities, like Paris Hilton. Usually carried around in a small purse that is almost always pink. They wear rhinestone collars and eat from a pink dog bowl with their name on it.

Hey did you hear about Paris Hilton's new celebridogs? She named them Tokyo Blu and HarajukuBitch.
