A term started by a group of friends at a lunch table, and was eventually spread to Imgflip by Larkspur, their Imgflip username. It's basically another way of saying choccy milk.

Lunch Lady: What would you like to drink with that?

Eater: Brown Calcium, please!

Lunch Lady: What is that?

Eater: Chocolate milk.
