An adjective used to describe aperson place or situation that is twacked out or overly wierd usually as a result of excessive meth use. The term jank is commonly used as a slang term for. crystal meth in the southern east coast.

(Noun) A female meth addict / dope whore who is so twacked out that she has convincesd herself that being a strung out junkie whore is fashionable. She tells herself how pretty she is as she spends hours in the mirror picking at her face and covering it with layer upon layer of cheap make up and body spray which she stole from Dollar General. She then ventures out into the world amongst the other jank-skanks looking for the next plug to blow for a gram.

The term bowl has been used for century's as name for a glass marijuana pipe whose contents are directly heated with a flame. The roll bowl is also glass but the contents in its liquid form is rolled back and forth across the heated glass instead of being heated directly.
