NOUN - A person who gets gets trashed and does crazy shit; a person who looks extremly trashy; a person who is the equivelent of a person who gets "dumb" or "crunk" in random situations (such as a person going dumb at the dump) VERB - To go crazy, normally expressed in dance; to get "blazed"; to cause damage to property or random acts of vandalizism, mainly damage to port-a-potties ADJ - Being reckless due to intoxication; a random act of stupidity
