Adj. 2.) That which is a plural of a plural; like a metaplural.
"Peoples" is a metaplural (that means more than one group of people, usually of different nationalities) because "peoples" is the plural of "people", and "people" is the plural of "person".
Similarly, "fishes" is a metaplural; you use "fish" as a plural when referring to only one species, but if you have multiple species, you use "fishes", plural of "fish" (which is the plural of itself).

A hotbar is a GUI (Graphical User-Interface) that has elements (images, buttons, slots, etc...) that allow the user to access to command, item, control, or other content that's offered by the program hosting it.

(Example: In Minecraft, SMM(2), and The Sims, you have a hotbar.)
The hotbar consists of: Magikoopa, Block, ?-Block, Coin, and more.

"I have two eggs, and three rotten flesh in my hotbar."

"There's an option to speed up time in The Sims."

(This can be applied to many more games or applications that include up-front controls.)
