A person (usually male) who is not conventionally good-looking but who is, through their idiosyncracies, charisma, attitude or other mystery factor, sexually attractive.

A term popularised by the film Kissing Jessica Stein (2001).

Alan Rickman, Adrian Brody and Sean Penn could be considered sexy-ugly.
