A "Thigh Baby" acures when a male "pulls out" before ejaculating and the "left-overs" get on her thigh. Then by accident, or on purpose, some sperm gets into the vaginal area. Affect of this being a baby. This also explains that some virgins can get pregnant, if under the right curcumstances.
Brad: I don't know what happended, I pulled out but she still got pregnent.
