Someone who is your NEIGHBOR and your BUDDY all in one..............a NEIGHBUDDY!

A neighbour who has your back like a buddy does.

Example 1. Hey Neighbuddy, feel free to use my WiFi whenever.

Example 2. Hey Neighbuddy, just heard somebody making popcorn at your house, but I know you're at work. WTF?

Example 3. It's your birthday and you're by yourself? WTF? I'm coming over. With popcorn.

flashtration

Frustration created by working with Flash. Flash is animation software.

The extreme flashtration caused by trying to animate in Flash is making me want to throw my computer out a window.
