A box in which helps one process Jewish peoples into carefully apportioned chambers. These chambers are connected to gas canisters containing hydrogenated fatty acids which clog up aforementioned chambers, making then not work as intended. Instead giving rise to a unique form of yeast, which when applied to the sphincter of the buttocks, cures cancer, and gives the patient AIDS.
