There was no reasoning with his ignorrogance about the Theory of Evolution, and how it wasn't the same as a philosophical theory, but something we could reproduce in a lab with the same results every time. He wouldn't budge, even called ME "pretentious and dumb"!

The adjective describing Marie Antoinette's out-of-touch privilege. Someone who is Antoinettesque is out of touch about real-world struggles because of a worldview warped by privileged assumptions, often suggesting remedies to basic emergencies — no bread — with something that would only worsen the problem: eating more-expensive pastry. People who are Antoinettesque often think their proposal shows how brilliant and compassionate they are.
With unemployment at 30%, he couldn't find a job, was eating at soup kitchens, and had 19 cents to his name. Her solution showed her Antoinettesque cluelessness: "Why not open a clothing store? You can sell an Eskimo snow, and you have such great taste in clothes for a straight man."

An American who was either born an expat in Europe and grew up there as a dual national, or born in America and raised there, or one who has lived there for as long or longer than s/he lived in the States. Probably speaks at least three languages without an accent, like a local.
Ameropeans tend to have a broader world view than normal Americans, and can adapt faster to new cultures.
