Referring to the duration of the psychological and physiological effects of a stimulant, commonly referred to as the "Legs". With long and short legs correlating to how long the effects last. a bag of bunk stimulant narcotics would be considered some lieutenant Dan shit, since it ain't got no legs, and you got boomed.
