A term for a ugly, funky, and stupid person. Bascially means the same thing as hot mess. Or a term for a place or thing that is old and busted.

You: "Look how that bitch look today!"

Me: "Yea, that hoe stay lookin ratched!"

Or

You:"Man that girl house was dirty!"

Me:"Yea that shit was pretty ratched."

Five Star Bitch

Term for a female that contains certain traits that make her very desirable. She gots money, she do everything her nigga want, and she fine as hell. This term is meant to replace the word dime to describe a female.

"Ay that's a five star bitch!"

"Nicki Minaj is a Five Star Bitch."
