Just Too Fly or Just Too Fresh .... The way the person wears really nice clothes or anything to do with their appearance. Also it depends on how much swag a person has.

Girl #1 - Damn girl who is that?
Girl #2- Yeah i know girl he is sexy!
Girl #1- Look at his edge up and his clothes!
Girl #2- He is JTF!!
