(from a francophone point of view). The word Sic! can be used right after a sentence to tell the reader that that sentence, as shocking as it could be, was deliberately written that way or with no filter by the author.
She is cheating on her sex-deprived faithful husband. Regarding her husband's suffering, she doesn't give a fuck, literally (Sic!).
