JavaJitter is a combination of two words.

Java: derives from the word coffee. coffee comes from the coffee Bean and when consumed can cause people to be hyper.

Jitter: jumpy, nervous, anxious.

When you put these two words together it is an explosive combination.

So if someone is JavaJitter they are: wild, over the top, nervous, anxious, anxiety ridden, hyperactive etc.
