An utterly Delicious Picture of a man ripping his anus open with both hands. Very similar but not to be confused with "Goatse"-(google images, goatse.)Dont listen to sick dogs defenition, it sucks. The man has an erectiona and the picture is taking from underneath towards the sun thus creating a lense flare. The inside of his anus is a vibrant red that looks very tasty.
