A fabled condition in which one's anus is said to hang loose like an empty firehose. Similar to trunkbutt, except that the trundle can be retracted back inside the body when needed - like when you need to wear a bikini or be more aerodynamic in a naked race or something.
Ol' Trundlebutt Henson is a dirty fighter. He pinned me down and slapped me with his droopy anus, then sucked it back up the chute and broke off crazy fast.
