Someone who gets too into it during role play and jack the guy's penis off until their weenus aches. Schlongfiddler was first used around the late 1800s when someone noticed a violinist playing the violin. The violinist got so engulfed into the music that his weenus ached from the long and short strokes.
The Fiddler on the Roof on the roof is a very good Schlongfiddler because of all the practice he gets playing the violin.
