Ray j penis is a phrase used to describe things that are slightly bent or out of shape. Ray j in the porn movie with Kim k has a very bent shlong. So if you see something bent you could say:

Ouf if a term used when you have no idea what to say during a conversation. It makes people think you are retarded and helps to exit a conversation you really don't want to be a part of. It can also be used when you are insulted and it gives the person who insulted you absolutely no satisfaction because of your reaction.
Person: "You're a stupid retard" Me: "Ouf!"
Person: "Have you ever heard of the band Taint?" Me: "Ouf?" *leaves*
Person: "Have you ever heard of the band Taint?" Me: "Ouf?" *leaves*
