Female equivalent of a "metrosexual". A woman with a lesbian aesthetic, but is in fact heterosexual.

Sydney looks so hot with that undercut, too bad she's a faux dyke.

I thought she was a faux dyke when she bought that truck, but it turns out she's actually a lesbian.
