A man who is best known for featuring in the web series created by edd Gould, Eddsworld. Tord was a good friend of Edd and Edd decided to make Tord his own animated character in Edd's series. Tord voiced his animated counterpart. Sadly due to unknown reasons Tord Larson has since left the series and has now disappeared from the internet as a whole and hasn't been seen online in many years. It is said that Tord has made a video explaining why he left Eddsworld. In this video he also says goodbye to Edd because Edd died of cancer in 2012, this is the only clip of the video remaining on the internet thanks to it being archived. It has been assumed that Tord felt guilt for not being there for Edd and that is why he left but we will never know.

A ship between two fictional characters from a web series from 2003, Eddsworld. These two characters are Tom and Tord. This is one of if not the most popular ships in the whole fandom. The main problems most people have with this ship are...
1) Tom and Tord are both characters based off of real people (Tom Ridgwell and Tord Larrson) this makes the ship very disturbing to many (myself included)
2) In the web series these two characters have a strong rivalry and ❗️Spoiler warning ❗️In the episode The End part 2, even attempted to kill one another through an extreme fight resulting with Tom nearly dead and Tord with a (somewhat) missing arm. . . Yeah I have no clue why people think these two would actually date.
3) now this is pretty weird and does kind of relate to the first reasons, most art/videos with this ship are very detailed and highly sexual when these are based off real people and most of the people shipping the characters use the real names of the people.
Honestly I hate the ship but enjoy going on Pinterest and searching it up and annoying my friends by scrolling through it. I like seeing them suffer :

In long: Eddsworld is an animated web series/ web comic created in 2005. This series was made by Edd Gould. The series features four main characters, Edd, Matt, Tom, and Tord. Each of these characters were based on real life friends of Edd. Sadly Tord has left the show and his character also left in 2008 (except for his character making a return for 2 episodes in the end part 1 and 2 but he was voiced by someone different) This sadly isn't all of the bad news in the series. In 2012, Edd Gould sadly died from cancer. This was devastating and many thought it would be the end of the series but they were mistaken. Tom and Matt decided that they would follow Edd's wishes to keep his World spinning and made Eddsworld legacy. Unlike Tord, Edd's character continued to be in the series. And now even more ✨bad news.✨ So in short, Tom left the series and now Matt is the only one keeping the series running. All that is left is Matt and the amazing team helping. In all honesty more tragedy has occurred in the real world than in the animated series, but that's how the world moves.
