To continuously switch between tasks without completing any of them.
Can be caused by: excessive tiredness; having more time available than needed to complete all tasks; trying (and failing) to prioritise tasks.
Essentially this is unintentional procrastination through un-productive flitting.
I spent 8 hours working on my assignments yesterday, but for some reason nothing had changed at the end - I'd flisch'ed the day away.

I must do something other than flisch today.

He/she's been flisch'ing all day; time to be more productive!
