A person of African descent who get off on having sex with the Caucasians of the same sex that they kill. This often causes more people to question their sexuality, causing more deaths, and more Necronegro.

Randall: Hey man, that Howard Jones guy is really gay

Conspiratitus

a condition in which a person becomes completely emotionally overwhelmed at the mention of any event that has been thoroughly examined by the person in question in from a conspiratorial angle.
