Friend with benefits. A woman who appears to be conservative but secretly is someone's lover, i.e. slutty buddy, or friend with benefits, secretly has a secret lover and has sex often, outside of any more meaningful relationship.

She seems uninterested in guys but I bet she is someone's "slutty buddy".
