To krerp (or to be krerping) is a solo-erotic act.
The krerpee is stripped naked and covered in a lubricant - water based is best for continual use of kerping equipment. Then multiple inflatable 'bouncy balls' (typically 30cm in diameter and found in most supermarkets in the toy or kid's section) are placed in a sleeping bag.
