Utilizes one's own directive and abilities to help manifest their own healing, a decision made by oneself to influence the nature of a treatment. Active participation in one's own healing using the guidelines provided by the treatment plan.
An intentional-based spa treatment when the guest is required to actively participate in the interaction (two way process) of the treatment. Based on feedback and can include breathing and stress modulators to help identify the progress.
