Akimov

When someone is doing an/the Akimov they're doing something someone (most likely a person of Authority) told them to do, even though they know it'll end in a disaster

When someone is doing a Toptunov they're doing what they're told to do with a Person that is currently doing the Akimov. It's basically the Akimovs Partner

"I'm gonna join Aleksandr, who is doing the Akimov, and do the Toptunov"
