Formerly known as "The Heisman". To deny someone, or ignore them. To put your hand up in their face as if to mute someone.

1. noun - An ignorant, mean, or rude overweight person; a fat bastard
2. noun - A mentally disabled or retarded overweight person

"Mark is being a total obestard! Who does he think he is? Maybe he is just rude and angry because he's disgustingly fat."
