It's the sound that "the great ez" makes when he walks around. The noise is caused by the wraps of fat that are stretched when he walks.
"BLUUUUUUGGHBTHLT!!!!", the common sound that the great ez made as he walked one step. Five minutes later, he decided to take another step, "BLUUUUUUGGHBTHLT!!!!"
