Used to describe something that both leaves a scar and is also arbitrary. This "scar" can be either in the literal or figurative sense, so long as it is also random or without reason (arbitrary).
1. That average, unexceptional kid just ran up to me out of nowhere and burned me with his cigarette. Look! This is so SCARBITRARY!

2. Things were really going so well between Meghan and I, or so I thought. Last night she shocked me with a phone call that broke my heart . . . SCARBITRARY!
