banks is prolly the most clever rapper that theres ever been. People might not respond as well to his music as some rappers cuz he doesnt rap for the masses, who generally havent had very good taste. The kid just gets u hype as shit, cuz hes real and funny. The beginning of a hip-hop regime that had Pac to turn to when they began doin it. Its money in tha bank.
