A dirty Nathan, pertains to, the act of sucking your own dick, while simultaneously sticking the leg of a chair up your ass while standing on your head. The leg of the chair is covered in Vaseline, and a 10 pound weight on top of the chair. You stand on your head as the weight slowly slides the entire foot and a half long chair leg up into your innards. You then blow your load in your own mouth and it drips out your nose into your eyes.
"Shit man, my eyes hurt. I did the dirty Nathan last night and now I can barely see.......nevermind walk properly."
