A person (usually on a forum/newsgroup/chat room) who makes a habit of constantly correcting others' grammatical mistakes, often to the point of annoyance.

Another one of Dave Chappelle's humorous lines from his TV show. Heard during the end of each episode accompanied by the logo for Chappelle's "Pilot Boy Productions", which depicts Dave as a shirtless, chained slave holding handfuls of cash.
