Abnormally short and odd smelling member of a non English speaking group. Tend to reside in the Southern parts of the West Coast. Smell resembles that of a dead gopher that got urinated on by a drunk flamingo. Some scrapas where blue shirts to blend in with the local Crip gang members.

Lets go let those scrapas have it, they shop lifted the last set of dickie cut offs.
