Honky-Ori
origins: New Zealand Slang
A word used to describe the New Zealand equivalent to well off rich white Pakeha. Honkyori generally come from areas such as Ponsonby, Parnell and Pauanui.

1. A white Hori, usually associated with upper class who are refined, well mannered and polite.

2. The opposite of Hori; seen as a compliment to those that are of lower socio-economic class who tries to better themselves

Honky = white person
Hori= derogatory term for a NZer, or action
