Bradlands (proper noun): various sub-regions within the Southwestern US frequented by frat-boys i.e. "Brad" and similar names

Known for their party schools; outdoor bars with decks; general "bro" culture and various bro/jam-band concert venues

Examples of "Bradlands" include Socttsdale, Arizona; Boulder, Colorado and Red Rocks
