A combination of the two words tap and decorate. This word is used as a verb, and means the act of decorating a female's vagina. The decorations include mainly a penis. Other holes may also come into play.

1. A term used to describe a vagina that has not received any action for an extended period of time. Usually when this term is used the vagina will look dead, often resembling a zombie.

A shirt long enough to cover the entire wrist and part of the hand. The shirt may also have holes for the thumb so the wrist will never be exposed. These shirts are used mostly by the emotional type of people who participate in cutting.
