Tifa Lockhart's term for nonsense in Final Fantasy VII Advent Children. She says this to Cloud Strife while trying to talk some sense into him, and he later uses it in the movie.

Cloud: Tifa ... I'm not fit to help anyone -- not my family, not my
friends. Nobody.

Tifa: DillyDallyShillyShally
Cloud: *looks up*
Tifa: DillyDallyShillyShally!
