Eating Cheetos

The act of rounding up all the homeless people of the neighborhood, sedating them with free booze, and then chopping off and consuming their genitals. Usually done for sexual pleasure.

That guy Ed went to jail for Eating Cheetos, but at least nobody hassled me for spare change today.
