Mondo can be different things but it's also an Italian word.
It means "world"
Person 1: "ho conosciuto tuo cugino in un altro stato" (eng: I met your cousin in another state)

Person 2: "il mondo è davvero piccolo! " (eng: the world sure is small!)

The author is ONE, the same person that made One punch man.

The main characters can be compared just because they're extremely powerful.

Our protagonist is a sweet middleschooler that everyone calls Mob.
Mob is a psychic, a very powerful one.
He has almost perfect control over his powers, but he doesn't really know how far they can go.
But despite how powerful he is, there are other things he has to deal with, like his social skills and the fact that due to his unpredictable power, he hids and bottle up his emotions, until he can't anymore and he arrives at 100% and... Well, I'll let you find for yourself what happens.

But he has an extremely resilience, so when he explodes, someone really fucked shit up.

This is a coming of age story, Mob will grow and so will all the other characters with him.
Except his parents apparently, they're not bad they're just there.

Mob's Reigen is also another character that changes during the plot, even tho maybe he starts a little too unmovable (and for someone even unlikeable)

You'll see sweet slice of life episodes as well as amazing fight sequences (those are really good despite not being the center of the story) and even heavy moments.

The magic of mob psycho is that it takes something like psychic superpowers and similar things and puts a realistic look at it; it takes the importance of someone potential, the importance of kindness, of your emotiond and the relationship with other people.

But I guess you can find out yourself
Person one: "Some people suggested that I should start watching/reading Mob psycho 100 but I've seen some scans and they don't seems very good"

ONE: "ok first of all-"

Person1: "I wonder what people like about Mob psycho 100"

Person2: "you should find out yourself!"

Chihiro is a character from the serie of games Danganronpa.
They were born male but due to bullying they decided to dress like a female.

The discourse is about people headcanoning them as trans.

A lot of people think that chihiro is just very bad and stereotypical trans rappresentation while other are fine that in the canon they where a crossdresser.
People can get very angry about this stuff so remember

Thinks that chihiro is trans do not invalidate their trauma
Thinks that chihiro is not trans it's not transphobic
Person A: "Chihiro is definitely a trans girl! They just wanted to play her dirty... "
Person B: "Not at all, HE didn't like to dress like a girl"
Me: "I hate this chihiro discourse"

He's a character from the series of games Danganronpa.
He's the "ultimate biker gang leader" whatever that means.

He's an hothead but he can also be very kind and loving towards the people he loves and deep down he's a good person.
He has a low self-esteem and a lot of regrets that he covers with his "strong guy" attitude, that will ultimately land to a terrible faith.

He's basically a leaving jojo reference, his gang is called the crazy diamonds and his brother was literally Josuke like literally he has the same haircut.
And like his best friend went supersayan, with white hair and everything like Koichi, he just missed the egg.
Person 1: wow mondo owada was literally a living jojo reference
Person 2: I know right?!
