A wigga is a white male or white female who listens to black music, uses black language, dresses like their black and thinks because the just heard a new Snoop song on TRL, their down but when it comes to standing up for black people or dating someone black, it's some hush-hush type shit.I know this very well because I'm surrounded by them, I live in the south.
