1. A puke flake is when your top of a balcony and you puke off it on top a group of people conversing at a get together or party.
2. A person who always blows off friends or events that they are invited to. And there a fuckin a low life puke. You didnt want them there in the first place but they invite themselves anyways and still dont show up.
