When someone throws a tater up against the wall, or hard surface, and the juices, dirt and tater shrapnel bounces back off of the hard surface. This could result in a hideous eye injury, hurt feelings, and Post-Tater-Stress-Disorder. Frightening stuff.

The anxious, sad, frightening aftermath of when a friend, family member, or co-worker gets upset during the day, and violently launches a potato into a wall or other solid object and it splatters into shards.

The person or individual that is responsible for violently launching a tater into a wall or hard surface. It can then lead to taterchet and Post-Tater-Stress-Disorder. This person is usually very violent when they are angry and shouldn’t be provoked.
I saw him with my own two eyes. He’s the Perpetater. He threw that tater so hard the juices splashed in my eye.
