When you do something you might not otherwise do, due to the fact that someone or something is in throwing distance of your ass. It is used as a way to throw off blame for giving into temptation.

An exceptionally large number of people in a certain vicinity (party) of one another who have had sex with one another. Each person around can be connected through some sort of sexual act with another, very little degree of separation.
"Holy, shit. Do you know how many people at this party has slept with Tina? And then those guys over there slept with that one dude's girlfriend.
